Meet Debra Navarro and Her Power of Polish and Grit

I sat down with Debra Navarro to chat about her thoughtfully designed jewelry, her uniquely special jewelry “ingredients” and how her work creates positive change in the world.

For me, any of her pieces are an epic “TalisWOMEN” for so many reasons!

Debra’s jewelry “ingredients” from her Watu Collection feature a single “Tenda” cut facet (sometimes two) which is like a polished window into the soul of the gemstone. We can see the unique beauty inside the stones - including any perfect “imperfections” called inclusions. These special gemstones are imbued with “polish and grit” that exists within all of us as women, celebrating our perfect imperfections that make us who we are!

Best of all, Debra buys these gemstones directly from artisanal miners in East Africa - some of which are women entrepreneurs! 5% of proceeds from her Watu collection benefits Gem Legacy - a 501(c)3 supports that artisanal miners, helping them thrive.

Her unforgettable pieces are “shoppable” on All The Brilliants!
