HOW IT WORKS
The concierge service begins with learning more about what you are seeking by way of the questionnaire and booking a consultation. This fine jewelry concierge service is based in New York City, but we can work remotely either with a zoom chat or a phone call. You can “meet” Melissa in advance here and if you are in NYC we can meet in person! Here is what happens next…
CHAT WITH MELISSA
Our personalized session is an efficient 30 minute experience. We will discuss your (or the person you love’s) wardrobe needs, values, style, and budget.
Available dates and times are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am or 11 am EST.
YOUR CURATED JEWELRY
Following our session, you will receive a pdf of three curated jewelry options via email or text with details. Upon your review, we can discuss the piece you would like to purchase or explore one additional direction.
SELECT YOUR PIECE
We can provide close-up images and a video of the piece (or pieces) being worn to demonstrate proportions and other queries you may have.
THE DELIVERY
Once your piece is purchased, we ship 2-day insured delivery with signature on Monday to Wednesday. This will ensure your jewelry arrives without incident.
International designers have a longer timeline and other shipping cost considerations will be outlined.

How many options will I receive?
You will receive three curated options based on our conversation.
How do I schedule a consultation?
Once the questionnaire is submitted, you can book your consultation. The meeting format can be a zoom chat, a phone call, or in-person if you are in NYC.
Sessions are 30 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am or 11 am EST. Other arrangements are possible if needed.
What is the timeline to see the curation?
You will receive a curated pdf via email with details about each option for purchase within three to five business days.
When working with international designers, I will inform you of unanticipated delays.
What if I like a designer’s piece, but want a different gemstone?
With some settings, it is possible to replace one gemstone with another. Or the designer can create a customized piece just for you! Either way, this gemstone can be sourced based on your budget.
Can I see the jewelry in person before purchasing it?
It depends on the location.
For US designers, special arrangements can be made for a fee if you are based in NYC.
The designer can provide a video of the piece being worn and close-up images to address specific queries.
