HOW THIS BESPOKE SERVICE WORKS
It begins with learning more about what you are seeking by way of the questionnaire and booking a consultation. This fine jewelry service is based in New York City, but we can work remotely either with a zoom chat or a phone call. You can “meet” Melissa in advance here and if you are in NYC we can meet in person! Here is what happens next…
CHAT WITH MELISSA
Our personalized session is an efficient 30-minute experience. We will discuss the jewelry or gemstones you would like to reimagine as well as collaborate on design ideas and style.
Available dates and times are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am or 11 am EST.
YOUR OPTIONS
Following our session, you will receive a pdf of two design options via email or text. Upon your review, we can discuss which design direction (or collaborate on an iteration of it) to proceed with attaining an estimate.
ESTIMATE + PRODUCTION
Once estimate and design are agreed upon, 50% of the balance is due to proceed with production. Depending on the design, production is 4 - 8 weeks.
THE DELIVERY
The finished piece can be delivered in person in NYC or shipped 2-day insured delivery with signature. Note that I ship only Monday to Wednesday, as I wish to ensure your jewelry arrives without incident during the pandemic.

How do I schedule a consultation?
Once the questionnaire is submitted, you can book your consultation. The meeting format can be a zoom chat, a phone call, or in-person if you are in NYC.
Sessions are 30 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am or 11 am EST. Other arrangements are possible if needed.
How many custom design options will I receive?
You will receive two design directions based on our conversation with an iteration on one of the directions. This can be via email or text.
What is the timeline to see the design directions?
You will receive a pdf via email with details about each option within three to five business days.
Can I see the jewelry in progress?
Yes!
Happy to keep you updated as often or as little as you would like along the design process with images or videos when possible.
